Typically: foundation and base, shell construction (Rohbau), structural masonry, exterior walls and insulation, interior walls and partitions, concrete and reinforced concrete work, roof structure, and—when agreed—internal finishes, windows and doors, and coordination of MEP. Scope is defined in the contract so you know exactly what you get and when.
